Return Policy

PlanToys offers a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Customers may submit a return request within this period.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you discover that an item is damaged or that you have received an incorrect item, please contact the company promptly so that our team may review the issue, assess the situation, and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), as well as promotional or discounted items and gift cards.

 

These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
If the inspection confirms that the product has an issue, the customer may return the item to the company. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the company will arrange to send a replacement item to the customer in accordance with the applicable procedures.

Refunds
If a customer wishes to request a refund, the item must be returned to the company within 5 days from the date the refund request is submitted. The returned item must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, and must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the company will process the refund in accordance with its procedures.

 

The refund will be completed within 14 business days.

 

Product Warranty 
If a product is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue, customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days from the date of receipt. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible for warranty service.
