YOUR ACCOUNT

All users create an account when they place an order with PlanToys.com and are automatically enrolled into our loyalty programme. A user's account is recognised by the email address first used to place their order. Users must notify us if their email address changes so we can transfer their loyalty discount and other relevant information to their new account.

Each account holder has the ability to register their account to access account management features such as checking order histories or leaving product reviews. Access to these features requires a password. It is the user's responsibility to create a strong password; keep their password confidential and change their password if they believe it has been revealed to a third party.

The user is responsible for all actions on the user's account and for maintaining their personal information accurately.

PlanToys sells children's products, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. If you are under 18, you may use PlanToys.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

PlanToys and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, PlanToys does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by PlanToys itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

TERMS OF SALE

You can make purchases under the terms of service. Every order is subject to product availability and price confirmation. Delivery times may vary according to availability. The delay of delivery may occur depending on postal delays or force majeure which is beyond our responsibility.

PAYMENT

When we receive your order, we will perform a preliminary check on the card used for payment to make sure that there is sufficient funds available to fulfil the transaction. Products will not be delivered until the preliminary check is complete and your card will be debited only once after the order has been accepted.

DISCOUNT CODE

The discount code offers will be available from time to time. Which can be used in any order or products specified via the website only. The conditions for using the discount code will depend on the time period specified.

RETURN & REFUND

PlanToys do not have refund policy. For return the product, PlanToys reserves the right to not be responsible for returned product if it not arrive at our warehouse. AGREEMENT

When placing an order you will receive an email confirming the order. This email will only be acknowledged it will not be an acceptance of the order. The terms of the purchase of the product will not occur until the payment has been approved by us. And we have debited your credit card or debit card.

There may have some typographical and other errors. Therefore, we reserve the right to correct errors and change or update information at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any orders. That you leave blank regarding service information which may cause errors or inaccuracies to current Information regarding prices, shipping, payment or return policy.

YOUR CONTENT AND CONDUCT

You will not use this website in violation of any laws or regulations, interfere, destroy or create inappropriate events such as offensive, harassing, threatening, tracking, intimidating, or otherwise against other people.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant PlanToys a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant PlanToys and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify PlanToys for all claims resulting from content you supply. PlanToys has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
