Brown Boxes has been established for over 19 years and specializes in designing and producing paper packaging, such as corrugated boxes for cartons and offset boxes. The company primarily serves customers in the southern region of Thailand, mainly from the rubber, frozen food, canned fish, rubberwood furniture, and toy industries.

In the past, we focused on producing high-quality packaging for general industries. However, today’s market and customer demands have evolved. They now require not only efficient packaging but also environmentally friendly solutions. In response, we have shifted our philosophy and production processes to align with these demands. We carefully select materials and develop production processes that minimize environmental impact, such as sourcing paper from sustainable sources and using safe inks for producers and the environment.

Additionally, Brown Boxes prioritizes the well-being of employees and the environment around our factory, dedicating more than 60% of the factory area to green spaces.

Moreover, we support the community through various initiatives, such as producing paper boxes for local products and creating paper beds for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Brown Boxes has maintained ISO 9001 certification for over seven years and is working towards ISO 14001 certification, which focuses on environmental management in production processes. This standard will enhance customer confidence and support sustainable development. Key initiatives include:

These sorted paper wastes are then compacted into bales and sent to SCG's pulp production plant in Kanchanaburi.

The waste paper is pulped and processed at the plant into new paper sheets. This recycling process helps conserve natural resources and promote efficient material use. It also reduces waste generation, saves energy, and lowers transportation costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
