Export Sales and Marketing Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an Export Sales and Marketing Manager who will be a crucial player in integrating our sales strategies across international markets. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role focuses on both the development and execution of sales strategies that align with our organizational principles and meet the specific needs of our global clientele.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and enhancement of our customer relationships, ensuring tailored engagement at all levels.
• Manage and optimize international sales and marketing activities to achieve business objectives and targets in assigned countries.
• Spearhead the establishment and growth of the PlanToys brand across international markets, working closely with distribution partners and adhering to country-specific strategies.
• Oversee the achievement of sales targets, focusing on profitability, marketing, sales enhancement, and service quality.
• Formulate and implement robust sales and marketing strategies.
• Support and optimize team functions to meet overall business targets and ensure effective application of the marketing mix to meet client demands.
• Conduct detailed market surveys, analyze the competitive landscape, and define the company’s market position.
• Regularly report on targets, outcomes, and strategic measures.
• Implement sales tools and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in international marketing and sales.
• Proven track record in developing customer relationships and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent negotiation skills.
• Strong experience in Traditional Trade - Japanese Market, E-commerce channel is a plus.
• Proficient in English. Japanese is preferrable.
