Junior Export Sales Coordinator (Base in Trang)

Job Description:

• Manage orders for global customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments and provide support to customers to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Marketing.
• Graduates from the International Business Management (IBM) program will be given priority.
• At least 2 years of experience in international sales coordination or customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills.
