At PlanToys, we believe in doing our part for both society and the environment. That's why we're excited to announce our goal of becoming carbon neutral by 2025. We can't do it alone – we need the support and cooperation of our amazing employees, partners, and customers to make this dream a reality!

Understanding Carbon Neutrality

Carbon neutrality is a fundamental concept in the fight against climate change. It means that a company, like PlanToys, takes active steps to balance the amount of carbon dioxide (CO₂) it releases into the atmosphere with the same amount of CO₂ that is removed from the atmosphere or offset.

Reducing Our Carbon Footprint Currently, we release approximately 3,337 tons of CO₂e into the environment. But rest assured, we're actively working to reduce our environmental impact. Here's how:

Local Sourcing: Our toys are crafted from 75% locally sourced materials, cutting down on transportation emissions and supporting nearby communities.

T-VER Project: We're proud to be part of the Thailand Voluntary Emission Reduction Program, working with farmers to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Annual Reforestation: Since 2004, we've planted 34,000 trees, absorbing 323 tCO₂e /year – that's the equivalent of planting 42,105 trees yearly!

Solar Power: Our factory now boasts 1,851 solar panels, reducing our carbon emissions significantly and showcasing our commitment to renewable energy.

Circularity: Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do. Our toys are designed with the environment in mind, and we offer services like toy repair and rental to keep playtime eco-friendly. We hope it won’t end up in a landfill.
