Responsibilities
- To develop and administer Humane Resources Management System and procedures that meets company’s need.
- To implement, update and review company Human Resource Policy, procedure, and program.
- Responsible for all aspects of human resources function which includes recruitments & selection, payroll, compensation & benefits, training & development, employee relations, employee wellness & safety and and other general administration functions.
- Responsible for recruitment process such as determining selection criteria, hiring profiles and job requirements for vacant positions.
- Responsible for training & development for employees including sourcing of training providers according to training plan, administering HRDF claims, training evaluation to ensure effectiveness of training.
- Maintaining excellent levels of engagement as well as a clear path for progression and career development for all employees.
- Involve in handling grievances, employee counselling, executing disciplinary procedures and dealing with relevant government agencies for labour related matters.
- Manage employee conflicts, grievances, disagreements and mediate disputes in a constructive manner to minimize negative personal & organizational impact.
- Monitor salary structure and benefits to ensure balance between cost control and employee retention.
- Management of safety, occupational health and working environment.
- Environmental and Community management.
- Responsible for renewal matter such as the Manufacturing License, Hazardous Materials Handling and all insurance cover and any corporate membership in timely basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
- Experienced in professional human resource management
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize job
- Good human relations and positive attitude
- Strong experience in HR end-to-end processes or all HR function; talent acquisition, recruitment, retaining, staffing, orienting, appraising employee policy & regulations, compensation & benefit, administration, training & development and employee wellness and safety
- Know-how of HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and/or HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills that ensure successful human resources management.
- Good in planning & organizing, communication presentation, analytical and proactive
- Good command in Thai and English
- Willing to work extended hours on a need basis to meet deadlines
- Risk-taking and can-do attitude
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity, work ethic, and drive to succeed
